Nominations ended Friday at 5 p.m. for members of the Homecoming court. The top vote-getters met Monday to review the rules for the election and will be allowed to campaign Oct. 12-23. The election begins Oct. 19 at 5 p.m. and ends Oct. 23 at 5 p.m.
Winners are selected based on popular vote, community service, campus involvement and letters of recommendation.
The freshmen, sophomore and junior winners will be announced Oct. 26 at 5 p.m. The Homecoming king and queen will be announced Oct. 31 during halftime of the football game against Texas A&M-Kingsville.
