Tonight is Trivia Night
Join the RHA for some fun and games
As one of the required programs for residents, the Sunwatcher apartment resident assistants will be holding Trivia Night in Legacy Multipurpose room on Jan. 29 at 8 pm. Prizes will include Laundry pods, dish soap, toilet paper, and much more.
“People get excited when they see that the prizes are things they need, especially the laundry pods,” said Britny Spencer, graduate assistant in housing.
The RAs are required to do two programs a month, and one for this month is Trivia Night, a night that can include trivia on all types of foods, important figures, and questions about MSU.
“I’m actually really excited about winning laundry pods because I’m running a little low and I did not feel like going to buy some more,” said Jayda Grant, a nursing freshman. Grant said she will be dragging her friends to this event whether they like it or not. “It’s a good way to meet new people and have fun at the same time.”
“I really hope it’s a big turnout. It’s only fun when there’s a lot of people there to beat haha,” said Cidnee Dixon, a nursing freshman. “The more people there are, the bigger the challenge is. My friends and I have to come with a bang on Tuesday because there’s no losing in our blood.”
The main thing people seem to be worried about is not knowing what categories the questions will fall under.
“Even if I don’t know everything, I’m sure I’ll know at least one answer. If I can’t answer at least one question correctly, then I need to do better with myself,” said Breione Poree, a kinesiology freshman.
