On Nov. 2 runners braved the chilly night air for the Gamma Phi Beta 5k Glow Run.
A total of 39 people registered to participate, and glow stick accessories were provided at the registration table.

The two laps around the edges of campus marked the course which had Gamma Phi members spread throughout the course cheering and navigating participants.
The event raised $4,443. That money will be sent to Gamma Phi Beta’s international headquarters where the money will be doubled. A total of $8,886 will be split evenly between the organization’s philanthropies Camp Fire and Girls on the Run.
