Elizabeth Smart answers Julie Terrys, a stay-at-home mom, question about ways that anyone can help with this cause and spread awareness. Smart spoke as part of the Artist-Lecture Series about her story of being at the center of a nationally known child abduction case in 2002, and now has an advocacy program for Crimes Against Children, which eventually merged with the Operation Underground Railroad.
