Kristin Silva
Kristin Silva is the former Chief Editor at The Wichitan.

She began her journey in Spring 2018 as a reporter who dabbled in photography for a short time, then moved up to co-editor Fall 2018. After taking a semester off, she assumed the position of Managing Editor in Fall 2019.

Kristin graduated in May 2020 with mass communication and a minor in PR and advertising. She likes writing on her personal forum, Ticking Time Blog, and spending time with her dog, Princess, and her cat, Queen Kitthren. Her hometown is Forney, TX, she previously studied at The University of the Southwest in Hobbs, NM (2015-2016) and she is a retired student-athlete of USW as well as MSU Texas in the sport of volleyball.
